I was happy with where I was on the left but I remained determined & am never satisfied….

Tip:

What can you do to make sure it is muscle and not fat?

You can measure the following things to ensure this (not necessarily all of them):

  • Measure your weight and compare it to your body fat percentage (calipers)

  • Tape measure your waist & other body parts

  • InBody Testing

  • Stay consistent with measurements









Here’s how to do it:

  • Ask your trainer if they can properly measure your body fat with calipers

  • Use your gym or local supplement shops' InBody scan

  • Ask your trainer to teach you where to tape measure/how to tape measure properly
